Both the voting problems and the competition itself have during this year’s Melodi Grand Prix, created a stir. On Saturday night, it was between TIX and KEiiNO in the gold final, but it was in the end Tix who could adorn himself with the title as the winner of the Melodi Grand Prix 2021.

Amazing MGP performance

Saturday the 20th arrived, the nerves were on the outside since the morning, and the day was VERY long.

They made an absolutely amazing performance, Alexandra nailed her high note with perfection, and the entire staging and setup and their fantastic new white and silver outfits were so perfect. The happiness that radiated from their faces, their smiles, their energy… it was heartwarming and overwhelming and a true joy to wittness.

Betsson: Our favourite for representing Norway

This year’s twelve finalists in the Melodi Grand Prix are ready, after the heavy metal act Jorn received the last gold card Monday evening. Only one of these is going to represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest, and Betsson’s bookmakers have received help from MGP expert Per Sundnes to assess various finalists’ chances of winning.
