The Melodi Grand Prix-editorial office at NRK was this morning able to present the order during the finale on March 2nd. There it shows that the odds-favorite KEiiNO, with the local Fred Buljo, will be last.

Project leader, Stig Karlsen, wants to secure a show with variation.

  • The line of the order has been developed with the goal of spreading the songs so that every artist and song is presented in the best possible way as a whole. And in line with those choices, also secure a varied and great TV-show, says Karlsen in a press release.

What is clear is that it’s no disadvantage to be the last performance. The song is fresh in the memory for the people to vote.

Furthermore, we always have technical and logistic challenges connected to the change of scenes and production, which also affects the choices we make. The line of order is now set but there will always be room for changes when our plans are tried out in practice at Oslo Spektrum, the project leader points out.
